Please read the following terms of service to start your journey with us or create an account. This document represents the agreement between you (the Client) and us Color Clipping. All the applicable conditions and terms are written in detail below. Any kind of violation regarding the terms and services will terminate the agreement. If any kind of violation takes place, in that case, you will be liable, Color Clipping will not be responsible.
The terms “us” or “we” or “our” or “ColorClipping” or “ColorClippingCA” or “Color Clipping CA” written on the website indicate Color Clipping Ltd.
By the term “Visitor” we mean the person who has visited our website/Service pages through browsing the Internet but has not yet registered as a client of our portal.
By the term “Verified Member” we indicate an individual or Company who has registered himself or themselves as our client with proper verification.
In our “Service,” we recommend features that the Website offers to our clients.
This document represents the agreement. Through “Content” means the collection of words, images, data and information, and charts, which are visible throughout the website to the visitors, members, users, or clients. The content and designs you see on our websites are copyrighted. The modification, changes, and redesigning of any of our content and design from any other party rather than Color Clipping will be counted as illegal.
Our policy prohibits and unlawfully enforces the use of content, infringement, and copy-paste without our permission. For any Copyright Violation, proper legal actions will be taken.
Our Service
Color Clipping Ltd used Adobe Photoshop and similar Graphics Designing tools for their services. Our motive is to provide perfection and enhance the beauty of our clients’ photos.
We provide excellent photo editing services on our website such as – Clipping Path, Image Masking, Shadow Making, Ghost Mannequin, Remove Image Background, Image Recoloring, School Photo Editing, Photo Retouching, Headshot Retouching, Beauty Retouching, Jewelry Retouching, Product Photo Retouching, Food Photo Retouching, E-commerce Product Editing, E-Commerce 360° Editing, Image Optimization and on-demand photo editing services.
With the help of the Color Clipping Portal Service, clients can upload/download photos and submit image links. First, you have to send the images and make the payments. Then we will proceed with your images according to the instructions and deliver them on time. We offer FTP, WeTransfer, Dropbox, and Google Drive or any way to deliver images that you prefer.
Our Pricing
The price of our services and packages shown on the website are some samples of the price range. The final price of any service will depend on the image’s complexity, turnaround time, and rush-hour delivery.
You agree to pay for an additional processing fee through PayPal (PayPal processing fee if the order invoice amount is under or equal to 7.00 CAD).
All standard prices listed on the Website can be changed without any prior notice.

My Account
Our portal is created just to make the order process simple and easy. Through your “Account” from the portal, you can create your order, provide image editing instructions, make a secure payment, and upload/download images. You can also go through the Order History, Completed Order, Unpaid Invoice, Total Due, Latest Order, and Latest Invoice.
How to use the Portal account?
- Do not share your password, or account details with anyone
- You can send images and files in any format (JPG. JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, PSD, AI, TIF, TIFF, PDF, CRW, CR2, DNG, NEF, RAW, RW2) up to 5 GB. If the file size is bigger than 5 GB, then you can contact us.
- after receiving the order, we will check the details. You will be notified through a confirmation e-mail. If the complexity looks more than the package you choose or more than your instruction then the price and the turnaround time will be increased.
- You will be notified through e-mail after the complete image processing. Later that you can download the image (If your payment is completed)
- The orders submitted by you have to be subjects that are ACCEPTED by us. And you are bound to agree that such acceptance may be withheld at our absolute discretion.
- You can NOT CANCEL any Order after we confirmed it for processing. After the confirmation, it will be counted as a regular order.
- You cannot modify/revise the order instructions or turnaround time after being processed or delivered to you.
- If you are getting service from our free trial and ask for a quotation then an account in your name will be created in the Portal.
Submission
When submitting images to enhance, certain guidelines must be adhered to in the agreement.
By submitting, you are acknowledging that you will refrain from placing or transmitting any photos or material that fall into the categories outlined below, as they are not permitted through our Service:
- Any image which promotes or related to pornography, is abusive, inappropriate, harmful to any individual or group, provoking racism, or unlawful
- Any image which is sent from an anonymous or false address
- Any image Which can violate our rules and regulation
- Any image which can conflict with our publicity, copyrights, or intellectual rights without the permission of our legal rights
- Any image which stimulates abnormal behavior of a child under the age of 18 or in other words considered child pornography
- Any image which supports a terrorist organization
Color Clipping is NOT responsible for any type of content and images provided by the clients. We have the right in its prudence to (1) move, delete or edit the submission and (2) take appropriate action against the misuse of our Services.
For the copyright claim, we reserve the right to suspend the viewing and display of images until the issue has been solved. If any unlawful activity is claimed against any of our clients, we will share the information with the government organization and law enforcement authorities or third parties.
Payment
Our prices are referred to as Canadian dollars (C$) on our website. However, you can pay us in USD ($), Euro (€), Australian Dollar (A$), Canadian Dollar (C$), and British Pound (£). Except for Canadian dollars (C$), any other currency would be converted to Canadian dollars.
We accept payments from PayPal. You can pay us directly via your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account then you can simply pay through your debit or credit card.
You can also pay us through cheque, American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, Visa Card, and Bank transfer. But in this case, some conditions will be applied.
You should make the payment before we start the editing process of your project, or you can also pay at the end when your project is done with all the procedures. However, You CANNOT DOWNLOAD the final output without completing the payment fully.
Color Clipping is the ONLY authority to resolve any claim and issue related to your payment, pricing, and refund. For any problems regarding payment, you can email us at [email protected].
Refund
If we provide you the precise work as per your instruction, but you are not satisfied with the final output then no refund will be issued. If you are not satisfied with the outcome and want some slight changes in the project then you can ask for Redo/Revision; However, yet no refund will be issued.
We are always open for Redo and Revisions as long as your request comes under the following terms:
- We only accept refund requests within seven days after the completion of the order.
- You have to request a refund within seven days, or else automatically, your chance of getting a refund will be canceled.
- No Refund will be Applicable If You Take Edited Images with Layer Files.
Free Trial
We offer a free trial for clients who have few or bulk images to get a post-processing service.
For a free trial, you can get a simple photo retouching service like photo retouching, photo recoloring, clipping path, background removal, teeth enhancement, skin retouching, jewelry retouching, exposure adjustment, image masking, wrinkles removal, object removal and similar simple edits. For the free trial, you can only have simple edits and your instructions should NOT be complex.
We do not provide high-end sophisticated pictures in Free Trial. However, if you have quite a number of images or Bulk images then contact us.
You must provide all the information – Full Name, E-mail, Phone, Country, Service- (Clipping Path, Background Remove, Multi-Path, Image Masking, Shadow Making, Ghost Mannequin, Cropping & Resizing, Image Recoloring, Headshot Retouching), Total Image in the Project, Instructions. After your details are verified, we will start image processing for a free trial.
If you get our free trial service, an account will be created in your name in the Portal automatically.
Get a Quote
You will get a free quote after knowing our prices. To get a free quotation, you will need to fill out a form and submit it. After checking your image quantity, retouching complexity, and delivery time – we will send you a quote.
Upon submitting your “Get a Quote” query, we will promptly provide you with a quotation displaying the price in CAD ($). Furthermore, if you prefer, we can also furnish the quotation price in your local currency upon request. If you get a quote, an account in your name will be created in Portal automatically.
Image Daily Capacity
The number of delivered images daily shown on the website doesn’t indicate the amount of a single client. It doesn’t ensure anything about the number of images that will be processed in a day. Your number of images depends on our ongoing clients’ orders. You can not expect us to go high volume for complex images daily as we are processing for other client orders.
The delivery time shown on the website is estimated based on the daily capacity of our designers. We are exempt from legal action for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Image Delivery
Our office holiday is on Sunday. We usually don’t have any office activities on Sunday. If you place your order on Saturday, you will get it on Monday. However, we can arrange an extra shift on Sunday if needed with some additional charges. In that case, you have to contact us before creating your order and pay the extra shift charge.
Image delivery time may be subject to delay if any natural calamity, regional issues, and national disasters occur. And we take no responsibility for being late in image delivery due to unprecedented causes.
Revision/Redo Policy
Color Clipping offers you unlimited Revisions and Redo within seven (07) days. After seven days no revision and redo will be available.
- Revisions and Redo can not be different or conflict with the original instruction that you provided while placing the order.
- If there is a conflict with the primary instruction, then it will be considered as a new order.
- Revision should NOT be something that conflicts with the original Order instructions for editing photos.
- If you need to redo a big project or demand a bulk revision, you need to contact us urgently.
- We will redo your order in the case ONLY – you ask for slight editing or enhancement in the photos. Redo doesn’t mean we will edit photos following a new instruction provided by you (which was not mentioned in the instruction).
- If you ask for a redo with new instructions, a new order will be created and adjusted with your order invoice.
- If you are not happy with the final output, then only you can ask for a redo. But it is applicable if you take images without a layer in JPG, PNG, and JPEG.
Photo Replacement
It is unacceptable for us to replace any photo after placing the order. If you mistakenly send any wrong photo to us, it is your responsibility. In this kind of case, you can not ask for a free replacement photo editing service. It is your responsibility for the consequences of uploading the wrong picture. Still, if you need to replace any order or photo, contact us.
Even if your images are in the processing stage, you CANNOT replace them.
Image Backup
We offer one (1) month of backup data. Your image data will be restored for one month and will be automatically deleted after one (1) month. So, after one month, you CANNOT blame us for your lost data. We will not be responsible for the lost information after one (1) month.
Settlement
We consistently provide opportunities for negotiations for our clients. Disagreements may arise from the project’s work until its final output. In any dispute, we are always open to our client’s happy settlement of the contractual dispute.
Cancellation and Termination
Color Clipping holds the right to cancel or terminate your order, project, deal or even suspend your Account at any time.
We will suspend your (any) account or cancel the project, deal, or order at any time if we suspect any unusual behavior or prove that it has been used to abuse our services. And asking to cancel a running project without a valid reason will terminate the business.
Acknowledgment
These terms may change from time to time. But you are always bound to follow the updated agreements. You can only use the Services of Color Clipping after Acknowledging the Terms and Services. Any violation of these Terms and Services will not be tolerated and it may result in the termination of your Account.
